Free Shipping
We offer free delivery from our EU and UK warehouses on all orders above €50 to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Italy. If you place your order on a weekday before 17:30, it will be shipped the same day via PostNL (NL) or DPD (BE), and normally delivered the next day. Orders to Italy and France may be shipped from our local warehouses depending on stock availability.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, we will prepare it for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Delivery Attempts
If you're not home when the courier attempts delivery, you'll receive an email with pickup instructions. You will have one week to collect your package. If not picked up in time, it will be returned to us.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. The 30-day period starts from the day you, or someone on your behalf (excluding the carrier), receives the product. To cancel, email us at support@kidcruiser.nl. The return must be sent back within 7 days of your cancellation notice.
We do not charge refund cost except for customers from France, Italy and Spain which will be 15 euro and deducted from the refund amount.
2. Condition of Returned Items
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If the item is used beyond this or returned damaged, and that reduces its value, you may be held liable for the depreciation or we are obliged to ship the item back to you. Returns are only accepted if the product is in a condition that allows resale.
3. How to Return
Send us an email including your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and share the return address. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are made via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. We may hold the refund until the return is received or proof of return has been provided.

6. Defective Products
If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact support@kidcruiser.nl immediately. We will arrange a suitable solution under our warranty terms.
