These general terms and conditions apply to all consumer orders placed through the webshop www.kidcruiser.nl, a trade name of Echo Brands B.V., located at Herengracht 584, 1017CJ Amsterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 95237089, VAT number: NL867053070B01.

Article 1 – Definitions
1.1 "Seller": Echo Brands B.V. trading as Kidcruiser.
1.2 "Consumer": the natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the Seller.
1.3 "Agreement": any agreement concluded between Seller and Consumer via www.kidcruiser.nl.
Article 2 – Applicability
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to every offer from the Seller and to every agreement concluded between Seller and Consumer.
2.2 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing.
Article 3 – Offer and Agreement
3.1 All offers on the website are non-binding. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind the Seller.
3.2 The agreement is concluded at the moment the Consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions set.
Article 4 – Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment takes place via the payment methods offered during the checkout process.
Article 5 – Delivery
5.1 Delivery is made to the address provided by the Consumer.
5.2 Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the Consumer to compensation or cancellation unless the delay exceeds 30 days.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
6.1 The Consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without stating reasons.
6.2 During the reflection period, the Consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked and used as necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
6.3 If the Consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they must notify the Seller within the reflection period by emailing support@kidcruiser.nl.
6.4 The product must be returned within 14 days after this notification. Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer.
Article 7 – Warranty and Conformity
7.1 All products come with a legal warranty. This means that the product must meet the reasonable expectations of the Consumer.
7.2 Additional warranties apply only if explicitly stated and provided by the Seller.
Article 8 – Complaints
8.1 Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted in detail and clearly within a reasonable time to support@kidcruiser.nl.
8.2 The Consumer will receive a substantive response within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
Article 9 – Liability
9.1 The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order or the amount covered by liability insurance.
9.2 The Seller is not liable for indirect damages unless the damage results from intent or gross negligence.
Article 10 – Privacy
10.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found at www.kidcruiser.nl/privacy.
Article 11 – Applicable Law
11.1 These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
11.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. If not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
